Balance Point Hormone Health serves eligible Florida men through telehealth Testosterone Replacement Therapy care. Care is based on individualized evaluation, appropriate labs, provider judgment, ongoing monitoring, and support through a private secure patient portal.

Cash pay, specialized TRT care
We do not accept or bill insurance. Labs arranged through our practice are coordinated through Fullscript and drawn at Quest Diagnostics. Prescriptions are sent only to pharmacies vetted by our practice. Treatment requires documented medical need and provider approval.
What We Do
Men's Hormone Care
Join our waiting list to express interest in future men's TRT availability. A waitlist submission is administrative and does not establish a provider patient relationship, determine eligibility, or guarantee an appointment or treatment.
Treatment decisions are based on symptoms, health history, safety markers, and lab trends.
When medication is prescribed, it is sent only to a dispensing pharmacy vetted by our practice. We do not call in or transfer prescriptions to pharmacies outside our approved network.
Programs are structured without long term contracts or hidden commitments.
Your Care Path
Use the waiting list form to express interest in future TRT availability. Submission does not establish care, determine eligibility, or guarantee an appointment.
Once cleared as a candidate, you will receive access to the secure patient portal to complete your medical history forms and patient consent waivers.
Inside the portal, schedule your New Patient Telehealth Visit and complete any required labs. Lab needs depend on the service you are pursuing, and recent outside labs may be accepted when they include the required markers.
During your secure video visit, your provider reviews your medical history, lab results, safety markers, goals, and treatment options. If treatment is clinically appropriate, your personalized plan is finalized. If not, your provider will advise you on next health steps.
Once your treatment plan is established, the appropriate service payment triggers your first medication and supplies order. Ongoing care includes provider support, progress review, and required follow up based on your approved protocol.
We built Balance Point to make high quality TRT more accessible without lowering the clinical standard. Many programs focus on medication alone. We use lab guided oversight, follow up, and whole patient review to help men feel better while protecting long term health.
Our cash pay model is designed to be more accessible than many TRT clinics while still including medication, supplies, and provider support. Required labs are purchased separately by the patient.
We use broad lab panels and scheduled follow up testing to understand hormones, safety markers, metabolism, and cardiovascular health over time.
We follow evidence based TRT principles and adjust care based on symptoms, lab trends, safety markers, and how your body responds.
We do not just treat numbers. Total testosterone matters, but so do symptoms, free testosterone, SHBG, estrogen balance, and your overall health picture.
When medication is prescribed, it is sent only through our approved pharmacy network. The specific pharmacy may depend on the prescription, availability, applicable requirements, and provider judgment.
Directed by a Board Certified Florida Nurse Practitioner with over two decades of experience. Every treatment plan is built around individualized assessment, lab interpretation, symptom response, safety monitoring, and provider judgment.
We combine lab guided monitoring and careful follow up so patients understand the clinical plan. Treatment is individualized, may not be appropriate for everyone, and may be changed or discontinued based on response, adverse effects, or safety concerns.
We are currently not accepting new patients. Eligible adults interested in future men's TRT availability may join our waiting list. Care is limited to patients physically located in Florida when services are provided. Joining the list does not establish a provider patient relationship or guarantee an appointment, eligibility, or treatment.
