Balance Point offers provider supervised GLP 1 and dual GIP/GLP 1 protocols for eligible Florida patients. Programs are pay as you go with no long term contracts. Each Monthly Protocol Package fee is a bundled price that includes provider care visits every 3 months, continuous medical supervision, shipping, sterile supplies, prescription management, and the cost of the prescribed compounded medication vial.
Patients new to GLP 1 therapy must have a BMI of 27 or higher with a qualifying comorbidity, or a BMI of 30 or higher without a comorbidity, to qualify. Patients currently on a GLP 1 with a BMI below 27 will be evaluated for maintenance dosing if eligible.
GLP 1 startup labs are $60 and are repeated yearly to monitor metabolic, thyroid, lipid, glucose, insulin, and blood count markers.
Provider visits every 3 months review progress, biological markers, dosing, and tolerability.
Invoices are paid before pharmacy orders are issued.
What makes Balance Point Hormone Health different is the support behind the prescription: direct guidance through your private secure patient portal, startup labs, metabolic health assessment, and a clinical approach focused on long term health, safety, and doing care the right way.
Balance Point Hormone Health currently uses trusted compounding pharmacies such as ReviveRx, Empower, and Belmar, selected for licensed pharmacy operations, documented quality controls, and USP standards where applicable.
We structure GLP 1 fulfillment around Beyond Use Date standards. A BUD is the pharmacy assigned date that defines how long a compounded medication may be used after preparation begins. One month and two month supplies are structured as one vial per month, and each supply is ordered patient by patient so medication freshness, sterility rules, and dosing needs stay aligned.
Required labs include CBC with differential and platelets, comprehensive metabolic panel, hemoglobin A1c, standard lipid panel, thyroid panel, TSH, and insulin.
Recent outside labs may be accepted when all required markers are included and dated within 6 months.
Published clinical trials show meaningful average total body weight loss with GLP 1 and dual GIP/GLP 1 medications when paired with lifestyle intervention. These percentages refer to scale weight, not fat mass alone.
Individual results vary and treatment is prescribed only when clinically appropriate.
Example: for a 300 lb person, 15% total body weight loss is about 45 lb. Trial context: STEP 1 measured semaglutide 2.4 mg over 68 weeks. SURMOUNT 1 measured tirzepatide over 72 weeks. Both included lifestyle intervention. Placebo groups lost about 2.4% to 3.1% on average.

Your Path to Optimization
Care starts with a review of goals, symptoms, health history, and whether labs are needed before provider evaluation.
Once cleared as a candidate, you will receive access to the secure patient portal to complete your medical history and consent requirements.
Inside the portal, schedule your New Patient Telehealth Visit and complete any required labs. Lab needs depend on the service you are pursuing, and recent outside labs may be accepted when they include the required markers.
During your secure video visit, your provider reviews your medical history, lab results, safety markers, goals, and treatment options. If treatment is clinically appropriate, your personalized plan is finalized. If not, your provider will advise you on next health steps.
Once your treatment plan is established, the appropriate service payment triggers your first medication and supplies order. Ongoing care includes provider support, progress review, and required follow up based on your approved protocol.
We built Balance Point to make high quality TRT more accessible without lowering the clinical standard. Many programs focus on medication alone. We include the lab oversight, follow up, and whole patient review needed to help men feel better while protecting long term health.
Our cash pay model is designed to be more accessible than many TRT clinics while still including medication, supplies, and required lab monitoring.
We use broad lab panels and scheduled follow up testing to understand hormones, safety markers, metabolism, and cardiovascular health over time.
We follow evidence based TRT principles and adjust care based on symptoms, lab trends, safety markers, and how your body responds.
We do not just treat numbers. Total testosterone matters, but so do symptoms, free testosterone, SHBG, estrogen balance, and your overall health picture.
Balance Point Hormone Health currently uses trusted compounding pharmacies such as ReviveRx, Empower, and Belmar, selected for licensed pharmacy operations, documented quality controls, USP standards where applicable, testing procedures, and compliance with state board and federal compounding requirements.
Directed by a Board Certified Florida Nurse Practitioner with over two decades of experience. Every treatment plan is built around individualized assessment, lab interpretation, symptom response, and health focused optimization.
We combine accessible pricing, included lab monitoring, and careful follow up so patients are not left guessing. The focus is simple: better care, better oversight, and treatment that is measured, clinically appropriate, and built around the person in front of us.
We look beyond "normal" to "optimal" with comprehensive lab panels that track hormones, blood health, metabolic function, prostate safety, and cardiovascular risk. We do not treat numbers in isolation. We use the science to connect lab trends with symptoms, safety, and how patients actually feel.
Why these markers? Total testosterone alone doesn’t tell the full story. Free and bioavailable fractions determine what your cells can actually use. SHBG directly affects tissue delivery. LH and FSH reveal whether natural production is being suppressed, which is a critical safety signal on TRT. PSA monitoring is non-negotiable for prostate safety at every stage of treatment.
Common Questions

We operate exclusively via telehealth for residents of Florida. This focused approach ensures we maintain strict compliance and high quality care within our jurisdiction.
No. We operate as a strict cash pay practice. Insurance models dictate standard "sick care" thresholds, which prevents us from optimizing your hormones for peak performance. Our model guarantees care is dictated by biology, not billing codes.
Most patients notice improvements within 3 to 6 weeks. However, full optimization typically takes 3 to 6 months. We treat this as a long term commitment to maintain vitality as natural production declines.
We use industry leading, HIPAA compliant EHR platforms with multi factor authentication. Safety is monitored by qualified medical professionals with regular blood work, and all treatments are shipped in discreet, temperature controlled packaging.
For men's TRT and women's HRT, the $50 provider visit fee is collected at booking and is nonrefundable. It covers provider evaluation, lab interpretation, eligibility review, and treatment planning. The required startup lab panel is a separate $100 cost when qualifying recent labs are not available.
Not necessarily. If you are switching providers and have qualifying labs completed within 6 months of your appointment date and they include all required markers, the $100 startup lab cost may be reduced or removed. The $50 provider visit fee is still collected at booking and is nonrefundable. If any required markers are missing, additional labs will be ordered and billed separately.
Your provider will review your medical history and labs, explain why TRT may not be appropriate, and advise you on recommended next steps. The $50 provider visit fee is not refundable because it covers professional provider time, lab interpretation, and eligibility review. If we do not need to order startup labs, the separate lab cost may be reduced or removed.
If your provider prescribes treatment, your first $125 monthly protocol payment triggers your first medication and supplies order. You are then billed monthly on that same date going forward, covering future medications, supplies, and required follow up labs.
Yes. We offer provider supervised medical weight management with semaglutide and tirzepatide protocols for eligible patients. Patients new to GLP 1 therapy must have a BMI of 27 or higher with a qualifying comorbidity, or a BMI of 30 or higher without a comorbidity, to qualify. Patients already on a GLP 1 with a BMI below 27 may be evaluated for maintenance dosing if eligible.
Each GLP 1 Monthly Protocol Package fee is a bundled price that includes provider care visits every 3 months, continuous medical supervision, shipping, sterile delivery supplies, prescription management, and the cost of the prescribed compounded medication vial. We do not charge a separate weight loss booking fee or hidden clinic fees.
Yes. GLP 1 startup labs are $60 and cover required CBC with differential and platelets, comprehensive metabolic panel, hemoglobin A1c, standard lipid panel, thyroid panel, TSH, and insulin. Labs are updated yearly for ongoing monitoring. Recent outside labs may be accepted if all required markers are included and dated within 6 months.
For GLP 1 care, Balance Point Hormone Health currently uses trusted compounding pharmacies such as ReviveRx, Empower, and Belmar. Pharmacy selection may depend on medication availability, formulation, state and federal requirements, provider judgment, and patient specific needs.
GLP 1 programs are pay as you go. Fees are collected upfront by invoice before pharmacy scripts are issued. Orders are sent only after clinician review, progress log review, and payment clearance.
