Once cleared as a candidate, you will receive access to the secure patient portal to complete your medical history forms and patient consent waivers.
Inside the portal, schedule your New Patient Telehealth Visit. The $150 Initial Workup Fee is collected at booking and covers your diagnostic lab panel and medical provider consultation. You will receive a lab requisition for a fasted Quest Diagnostics draw, which should be scheduled at least two weeks before your telehealth visit so results are ready for review.
During your secure video visit, your provider reviews your medical history and 70+ biomarker lab results. If you are a candidate, your personalized protocol is finalized. If TRT is not appropriate, your provider will offer clinical advice on next health steps. The $150 Initial Workup Fee is not refundable because it covers diagnostic testing and provider time.
Once your treatment plan is established, your first $125 monthly payment triggers your first medication and supplies order. Your subscription continues every month on that same date and includes future medications, supplies, and required follow up labs.

Not necessarily. If you are switching providers and have qualifying labs completed within 6 months of your appointment date and they include all required markers, your provider visit is $50. If any required markers are missing, additional labs will be ordered and billed separately.
Your provider will review your medical history and labs, explain why TRT may not be appropriate, and advise you on recommended next steps. The $150 Initial Workup Fee is not refundable because it covers the hard costs of diagnostic testing and professional provider time.
