If new patient scheduling becomes available and we invite you to proceed, you will receive access to the private secure portal for intake forms and clinical next steps. Final eligibility and treatment decisions are made by the medical provider after reviewing your health history, required labs, risks, and clinical needs.
Labs
Where labs are completed
If you are invited to begin clinical intake, labs help guide provider review. When testing is needed, our team coordinates the required panel through Fullscript and sends your laboratory requisition with instructions for completing the draw at Quest Diagnostics. Recent outside labs dated within 6 months may be accepted if all required markers are included.
Patient purchased testing
Patients pay for required laboratory testing separately. The exact panel depends on the requested service, medical history, existing results, and provider requirements. Once results are available, you can return here and choose the appropriate next step.
