TRT is a monthly program, but it is not a long term contract.
Is This You?
Common reasons men ask about Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT)
Men most often start looking into TRT because sexual health, energy, recovery, and body composition no longer feel like themselves.
Symptoms alone do not diagnose low testosterone. TRT requires appropriate lab review and provider evaluation.
Transparent TRT Pricing
Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT) Package pricing
Know the cost before you start. Treatment is prescribed only when clinically appropriate, and there is no long term contract.
Provider Visit
Collected at booking. Includes provider evaluation, lab interpretation, eligibility review, and treatment planning. This fee is nonrefundable.
Estimated Startup Lab Panel
Required before treatment when qualifying recent labs are not available. Includes the first 70+ biomarker lab panel.
Monthly Protocol Package
Prescribed testosterone, supplies, required follow up labs, and continuous provider support.
Starting Cost
The standard Men's Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT) Package is $285 when startup labs are needed. This covers your nonrefundable provider visit, the Estimated 70+ biomarker lab panel, and first Monthly Protocol Package after approval, including prescribed testosterone, supplies, required follow up labs, monitoring, and provider support.
Recent Lab Credit
If you have qualifying labs completed within 6 months, the $50 provider visit fee is still collected at booking and is nonrefundable. After provider review, the Estimated $110 startup lab cost may be reduced or removed when we do not need to order a full panel. If any required markers are missing, additional labs must be completed separately and are not credited.
Labs Included After Startup
The startup lab panel is $100 unless qualifying recent labs are accepted. Required follow up labs are included after treatment is approved.

Symptoms & Potential Benefits
Low libido, fatigue, and poor recovery can be signs of low testosterone
Low testosterone should be evaluated with symptoms and repeat morning labs, not by symptoms alone. When a man is clinically appropriate for TRT, the goal is to improve testosterone deficiency symptoms while monitoring safety markers over time.
Symptoms that may deserve evaluation
What TRT may help when appropriate
Support sex drive, erectile function, and confidence when low testosterone is part of the problem.
Help improve energy, mood, muscle, strength, and recovery in men with true testosterone deficiency.
Support bone health and red blood cell concerns when medically appropriate and carefully monitored.
TRT is not prescribed to chase a number, enhance athletic performance, or treat normal aging. Results vary, and ongoing labs are required for safety.
Your Path to Optimization
Safety first, then treatment
TRT starts with candidacy, labs, and provider review before medication is prescribed. This pathway keeps treatment measured, accountable, and built around your health picture.
Initial Review
Care starts with symptoms, goals, health history, and whether current labs are available.
Portal Enrollment
Complete medical history and consent steps through your secure patient portal.
Labs
Complete the required lab panel, or submit recent qualifying labs dated within 6 months.
Provider Review
Your provider reviews symptoms, labs, safety markers, history, and treatment options.
Protocol Starts
If approved, your monthly protocol triggers your first medication and supplies order.
What We Review Before TRT
TRT should be based on symptoms, lab values, safety markers, and a full health picture. Total testosterone matters, but so do free testosterone, SHBG, estradiol balance, hematocrit, cardiovascular risk, metabolic health, and how you feel.
