Required before treatment when qualifying recent labs are not available. Recent qualifying labs dated within 6 months may reduce or remove this lab cost after review.
Monthly Protocol Package
Prescribed testosterone, supplies, follow up labs after startup, monitoring, and provider support. Monthly program, no contract.
Starting Cost

Starting Cost
The standard Women's Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) Package is $285 when startup labs are needed. This covers the provider visit, the Estimated startup lab panel, and first Monthly Protocol Package after approval, including testosterone when prescribed. Additional prescribed medicines or hormones have an additional cost based on the rate charged by the pharmacy, including shipping.
No contracts. The $50 provider visit fee is collected at booking and is nonrefundable. The Estimated $110 startup lab cost may be reduced or removed if qualifying recent labs dated within 6 months are accepted and no additional labs are needed. Missing required markers must be completed separately and are not credited.
Medically Supervised Weight Loss Package
No booking fee. Costs begin only when you qualify and choose to move forward with your monthly protocol or required labs. Each Monthly Protocol Package fee is a bundled price that includes provider care visits every 3 months, continuous medical supervision, shipping, and the cost of your prescribed compounded medication vial.

Required before GLP 1 therapy, then yearly. Comprehensive panel.
