$50 is collected at booking for the provider visit. Startup labs are an Estimated $110 when needed.
Monthly Protocol Package
Women's HRT is $125 per month after approval. Testosterone is included when prescribed.

Starting Cost
The standard Women's Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) Package is $285 when startup labs are needed. This covers your nonrefundable provider visit, the Estimated startup lab panel, and first Monthly Protocol Package after approval, including testosterone when prescribed, refill management, required follow up labs after startup, and provider support. Additional prescribed medicines or hormones have an additional cost based on the rate charged by the pharmacy, including shipping.
Recent Lab Credit
If you have qualifying labs completed within 6 months, the $50 provider visit fee is still collected at booking and is nonrefundable. After provider review, the Estimated $110 startup lab cost may be reduced or removed when we do not need to order a full panel. If any required markers are missing, additional labs must be completed separately and are not credited.

The startup lab panel is $100 unless qualifying recent labs are accepted. Required follow up labs are included after treatment is approved.

Balance Point Hormone Health currently uses trusted compounding pharmacies such as ReviveRx, Empower, and Belmar, selected for licensed pharmacy operations, documented quality controls, and USP standards where applicable.

Labs help determine candidacy, establish a baseline, and guide a personalized plan. The required startup lab panel is $100 when qualifying recent labs are not available. Recent outside labs may be accepted when all required markers are included and dated within 6 months. If accepted, the startup lab cost may be reduced or removed. Any missing required markers must be completed separately and are not credited.
